RCB vs GT Full Match Highlights: Last Sunday (May 21) in IPL 2023, the last league match was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Gujarat Titans. Gujarat Titans won this match. With this, the RCB team’s dream of reaching the playoffs was shattered. Shubman Gill was the hero of this victory of Gujarat. Gill scored an unbeaten 104 in 52 balls. With the defeat of Bangalore, Mumbai Indians reached the playoffs. 

After this Glenn Maxwell hit a four and a six, but he was bowled by Rashid Khan. Then after some time Mahipal Lomror was also dismissed after scoring one run. 

Even after falling three wickets for 85 runs, RCB did not work the pace of runs. Michael Bracewell hit five fours. But he got out after scoring 26 runs. RCB lost the fourth wicket for 132 runs in the 14th over. Immediately after this, Dinesh Karthik returned to the pavilion at zero. 

Kohli scored 101 runs in 61 balls with 13 fours and 1 one six. In the last over, Anuj Rawat hit a four and a six and crossed the score of 190. Rawat scored 23 runs in 15 balls. In this way RCB scored 197 runs for 5 wickets. 

After this Vijay Shankar hit Parnell’s ball for a four. After this, Gujarat ended the power-play at 56/1 by hitting a six over long-on. While Shankar was struggling to get his timing against the spinners, Gill hit a six off Vaishak Vijayakumar. Shankar then cut Harshal Patel for four on change of bat, followed by a slog sweep off Himanshu between long on and deep mid-wicket and hit another four. 

In this way, from the fourth over to the 15th over, Shubman Gill and Vijay Shankar dominated the RCB bowlers and kept playing shots all around the ground. Meanwhile, Shubman completed his half-century. Then Shankar also gave fifty. Shankar was dismissed for 53 runs in 35 balls with seven fours and two sixes. He was dismissed by Vijaykumar Vaishakh. 

When the second wicket fell on the fifth ball of the 15th over, it seemed that now RCB would make a comeback. Something similar happened.  Dasun Shanaka, who came at number four, was also dismissed for zero. However, on the other hand, Shubman Gill’s bat was not taking the name of stopping. Meanwhile, David Miller also returned to the pavilion for six runs. 

Opening came Gill overturned the whole match in the 19th over. In this over of Harshal Patel, 11 runs including a six came. Now only eight runs were to be scored in the last over. Wayne Parnell first bowled a no ball and then threw another ball wide. Then Gill completed the century by hitting a six on the free hit and gave Gujarat the victory.
