IPL 2023: Suryakumar Yadav did this feat for the first time in IPL, became the second player after Sachin for Mumbai to do so

Indian Premier League 2023: The journey of Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 16th season of IPL ended with a defeat against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the second qualifier. This season saw a great game from Mumbai Indians in the second half. The biggest reason for this was Suryakumar Yadav’s excellent batting. Surya has managed to score more than 600 runs in a season for the first time in his IPL career.

Suryakumar Yadav completed 6500 runs in his T20 career

In T20 career, Suryakumar Yadav also succeeded in completing 6500 runs in T20 career on the basis of his innings of 61 runs against Gujarat. Suryakumar achieved this milestone in his 258th T20 innings, in which he averages 35 and has a strike rate of 151.

Since making his debut in international cricket in the year 2021, Suryakumar has got to see a great game from India in T20. At present, the number-1 T20 ranking batsman Suryakumar has so far scored a total of 1675 runs in 48 T20 matches for India at an average of 46.53. This includes 3 centuries and 13 half-century innings. Suryakumar Yadav is the first batsman from India to score more than 1000 runs in 1 year in international T20 format.
