Know how to build
-After sometime take out its water and peel the mango and remove its kernels.
-Blend the cream well with a hand blender. You can also add two drops of vanilla essence to it. This will enhance the taste.
-Blend it till it starts foaming and it becomes floppy.
– When the cream becomes foamy. Add 4 tbsp honey to it and blend it again.
After blending for -3 minutes, add a pinch of saffron soaked in a tablespoon of milk.
-Now add cooled mango puree to it. Once again use the hand blender and run it for 3 to 5 minutes.
– Put this mixture in an ice cream tray Remove and spread with a spatula.
-Cover it with a lid and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
-Now add two handfuls of nuts and dry fruits to it and put it again in the same tray.
-Freeze the ice cream for up to 5 hours or overnight. It will be ready to serve.
