Sultanpur: Earning from illegal business, administration attached property worth 38 lakhs, accused of gangster

UP News: In Sultanpur (Sultanpur), property worth lakhs of a person involved in the business of cow slaughter was attached. During this, Munadi was done under the leadership of SDM and CO, as well as action was taken on the encroached land. In this, it has been said to take action under the Revenue Code. Along with this, it has also been warned that if anyone is found collecting property illegally, then taking strict action, the property will be confiscated.

Actually, this case is from Hajiganj village of Chanda Kotwali area. It is alleged that Faheem Ahmed, a resident of this village, has been committing the crime of cow slaughter continuously for almost 14 years. Therefore, all criminal cases including gangsters are registered on Faheem. Not only this, Faheem had earned a lot of money through crime as well as had accumulated property. Under this, the district administration attached a house worth lakhs of Faheem to curb him.

CO Lambhua Satish Chandra Shukla told that a gangster act case was registered in police station Chanda. In which action was taken under the order of District Magistrate Sultanpur 14(1) Gangster Act. His property acquired illegally from the crime was found to be worth 38 lakhs, the order to attach it was made by the District Magistrate Sultanpur.
