BSNL 4G and 5G Network : Airtel and Jio are engaged in 5G rollout. At the same time, BSNL had not even started 4G yet, but now the company seems to be gearing up. Union IT and Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said on Wednesday that BSNL has started 4G network at 200 sites. Yes, 4G network has been started at 200 sites only, but Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has also said that testing will be done for three months, if everything goes well then on an average 200 sites will be launched per day.
What’s the update on 5G?
Even though BSNL has started rolling out 4G, it is still lagging behind Airtel and Jio. To come forward, the company should also focus on 5G. The government has also given an update regarding 5G. The minister said that 4G will be rolled out by November-December. Then later, the 4G network will be upgraded to 5G.
