Testing of 6G service started, these companies started work, will get speed of 10 lakh GB!

6G Service: In October 2022, 5G mobile network was launched in India. Major telecom companies have launched their 5G service in some cities. Apart from this, preparations are being made to launch in some cities, but it is estimated to take about 2 to 3 years to expand across the country. If it is compared to other countries of the world, then China is moving very fast. Work has started on 6G in China. Chinese company ZTE has claimed that it has started research on 6G in search of network speed of 1 million Gigabits. The company has said that it wants new innovation in technology.

6G research cost so much

According to reports, in the year 2022, ZTE has spent 16 billion yuan (about Rs 183 billion) on 6G research. It is reported that this is about 17 percent of the company’s operating earnings during this time. The company says that 6G is a big thing to revolutionize the field of mobile communication. However, its development is still in its initial phase. ZTE said that our aim is to come forward in the development of 6G. The company is focusing on R&D personnel, because R&D self strategy is an important basis of this enterprise development. According to the company, the company is spending about 10 per cent of its operating income on R&D. The company further said that it will continue its efforts for the development of 6G technology. 

Many big companies are testing 6G

Veterans say that by the year 2030, 6G service can be started in the world. ZTE is not alone in this 6G race, but many big companies are doing 6G testing. Recently, LG company has achieved success in this. The South Korean technology giant has tested wireless transmission and reception of 6G terahertz (THz) data in the frequency range of 155 to 175 gigahertz (Ghz) ​​over a distance of 320 metres. 

India is not far behind

India is also not behind in the matter of 6G. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the country is preparing to introduce 6G services by the end of this decade. PM Modi made this announcement while addressing the ‘Smart India Hackathon 2022’ Grand Finale. In addition, Japan, South Korea and the US are also rapidly working on 6G.
