During the last 24 hours in Himachal Pradesh, Southwest Monsoon has shown weak over the state. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain to continue in many parts of the state till August 4. At the same time, for August 5 and August 6, a yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain again in the plains, central and high mountain areas. Barring Lahaul-Spiti, heavy rain alert has been issued for most of the districts. Light to moderate rain will continue in the state on August 7 and 8. Debris reached the fields due to heavy rains in Bhujlig village of Multhan, Kangra in the state, due to which the crops were badly damaged.
