Jehanabad: The song sung by a young IAS officer of Bihar is becoming quite viral on social media these days. Richie Pandey, a 2016 batch IAS officer, is the DM of Jehanabad. Famous IAS Tina Dabi is also there, who has also danced on the song. This video has now surfaced. DM Richie Pandey told ABP News that the video on the stage is from Farewell of IAS Training Center Mussoorie. The woman appearing on the stage with him is IAS Tina Dabi. Tina is currently the DM of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
