Symptoms of Pre Menstrual Syndrome 
During PMS, different symptoms are seen in every woman. Common symptoms like fatigue, weakness, irritability, sadness, flatulence, tender breasts and mood swings are felt during this time. During this, many women also have problems like loss of appetite, joint pain and cramps (pain), acne. Sometimes anxiety and depression are also felt. 

How to avoid Pre Menstrual Syndrome?
1- Exercise- To avoid premenstrual syndrome, you must exercise for half an hour at least 5 days a week.  You can do any exercise of your choice like cardio, jogging, running, or swimming and yoga. 
2- Change in diet- During this you should change your diet. changes should be made. Eat light and small amounts of food during the day. Reduce salt intake. Eat seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include calcium-rich things and dry fruits in the diet. 
3- Reduce stress- Try to reduce stress from your life. Make a habit of sleeping on time and take deep sleep. Improve sleep with yoga and pranayama. 
4- Avoid smoking- If you smoke, reduce it. It has been revealed in many research that the symptoms of PMS symptoms are more affected in women who smoke than women who do not smoke. If you drink alcohol, then reduce it too.
5- Take health supplements- Include multivitamins in the diet during this time. You can take supplements like iron, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin D and magnesium. This will give you a reduction in pain and mood swings.
