Womens World Cup 2022: ICC chose the best XI of the World Cup, no Indian got a place

Women’s World Cup 2022: Four players from champion Australia have been included in the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) team (Most Valuable Team) based on their performance in the recently concluded ICC Women’s One Day World Cup. , but none of the players of the Mithali Raj-led Indian team made it to the league stage. 

ICC squad: Meg Lanning (Captain), Alyssa Healy (WK), Rachel Haynes, Beth Mooney (All Australia); Laura Wolvaart, Marizan Cap, Shabnim Ismail (all South Africa); Sophie Ecclestone, Nat Sciver (both England), Haley Mathews (West Indies), Salma Khatoon (Bangladesh). Player Twelfth: Charlie Dean (England).
