Shireen Mazari: Imran gets relief from the court, Lahore High Court orders the release of PTI leader Shireen Mazari

PTI’s Shireen Mazari Released: Today there is a relief news for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party supremo Imran Khan. The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered the release of Shireen Mazari, a leader close to Imran. Shireen’s arrest has also been declared ‘illegal’ by the Rawalpindi-bench of the court.

Shirin was arrested under Section-3 of the Maintenance of Public Order
Dr. Shirin Mazari was accused of inciting violence. The Islamabad police arrested him during the night from his residence in the federal capital. Shireen’s daughter then requested the court to declare that the move was illegal, unconstitutional and a violation of fundamental rights. And, today there is great news for Shireen’s daughter when the Lahore High Court (LHC) stayed the arrest of Shireen. "Illegal" Declaring ‍ordered them to be released. 

Imran was arrested in Al-Qadir Trust case
Imran Khan, Asad Umar, Fawad Chaudhary, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Ali Mohammad Khan and Senator Ejaz before Shireen Mazari in Pakistan Many other PTI leaders including Chowdhary were arrested. Imran was arrested there by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the Al Qadir Trust Scam Case. However, after 48 hours, the Supreme Court released Imran. Now it has been told by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) that Imran Khan will appear before the NAB on May 23 for questioning in the Al-Qadir Trust case itself.
