Balochistan Ied Blast: At least five personnel were killed in an IED attack on a Pakistani army convoy in Turbat, Balochistan. Four others were injured in this attack. Unidentified persons detonated an IED in a vehicle in Danuk area of Turbat, the main town of Kech, causing casualties to the Pakistani Army.
The Balochistan Liberation Front has claimed responsibility for targeting a Pakistani army convoy in an IED attack in Danuk area of Turbat in Kech district. The incident took place on Monday (March 6) around 3.40 pm. The report says that the Balochistan Liberation Front cadres attacked the occupying forces.
‘The attacks will continue till the independence of Balochistan‘
Pakistan Army’s convoy was hit by a remote control bomb when it was leaving the main camp of Turbat and going towards D-Baloch. The front portion of the vehicle was completely destroyed in the bomb attack and five personnel on board were killed and four were injured. After the attack, there was firing at the spot. After this attack, Balochistan Liberation Front spokesperson Major Ghoram Baloch said in a statement that Balochs are proud of being martyred in defense and we do not hide it from anyone. We know that we are fighting for truth and justice. He said that these attacks will continue till the independence of Balochistan.
Attack in CB city too
Earlier also a suicide attack took place in Balochistan province when the police officers were returning to Quetta, the capital of the province after policing a function. According to spokesman Mahmood Khan Notizai, the attack took place in the city of Sibi, about 160 km (100 mi) east of Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province. In this attack, 9 policemen were killed and 7 were injured. However, this is not a new incident related to a blast. In recent times, such incidents have been happening between terrorists of Balochistan and Pakistani policemen. Last month, terrorists also attacked the police headquarters in Karachi, in which five terrorists were killed.
