Imran Khan: Terrorism case now registered against Imran Khan, difficulties may increase

Pakistan: The difficulties of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan are not taking the name of abatement. On Sunday, Pakistan Police has registered a case of terrorism against more than a dozen leaders including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief. A case has been registered against them for vandalism, assault on security personnel and creating disturbance outside the judicial complex here. 

17 leaders named in the FIR

According to Geo News, Islamabad Police has registered an FIR against 17 PTI leaders, these are the names against whom the police have got strong evidence. It has been said in the FIR that PTI workers vandalized fiercely. Also damaged the police post and the main of the judicial complex. Let us tell that 18 people have also been arrested on the charges of arson, stone pelting and demolition of the judicial complex building.

PTI workers created ruckus

According to the FIR, Khan’s supporters set about two police vehicles and seven motorcycles on fire. The official vehicle of the Station House Officer (SHO) was also damaged. Significantly, on Saturday, 70-year-old Imran Khan reached Islamabad from Lahore to appear in the court. His supporters were also in the convoy with him.

Khan raised questions on police action 

It is known that in the Toshakhana case, the court Imran Khan has been cancelled, while the hearing has been adjourned till March 30. Imran was in Islamabad on Saturday, when the police reached his house in Lahore, his wife was alone at home. The PTI chief then questioned the police action.
